Once verified, you can log in and complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) identity check before making your first deposit.

funbing accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for identity verification:

You may also be asked to provide proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

No. funbing strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the login page rather than creating a new account.

Go to the funbing Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Deposits & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit at funbing is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Debit card minimums may vary depending on your issuing bank. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though you can set your own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your funbing account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers typically take 15 minutes to 2 business hours depending on your bank's processing times. If your deposit has not appeared after 3 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

funbing does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your provider before depositing. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).

Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing times at funbing:
  • GCash / Maya: 1–3 business hours after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank
  • Debit Card: 3–5 business days
All withdrawals are subject to a security review. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer as our team completes KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday during business hours (GMT+8).

The minimum withdrawal at funbing is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays or declines include: incomplete KYC verification, outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, a mismatch between your account name and your payment account name, or a pending security review. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your withdrawal reference number.

Bonuses & Promotions

No. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance (funds deposited without a bonus) can always be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification checks.
