These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and funbing ("funbing", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the funbing online gaming platform available at funbing.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. funbing employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. funbing makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. funbing reserves the right to suspend Accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
2.5 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of funbing; (d) persons who are legally prohibited from participating in online gaming activities.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. funbing will never ask you for your password.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify funbing immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. funbing will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. All Wagers placed through your Account are binding and final once confirmed by the Platform.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. funbing reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. funbing accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Prohibited Payment Methods: funbing does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes. These restrictions are in place in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. funbing reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Users.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in funbing's prevailing withdrawal policy. funbing reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts in the User's name.
4.4 Verification Requirements. funbing may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.5 Currency. All Account Balances, Wagers, and Winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). funbing does not support multi-currency accounts.
5.1 General. funbing may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wag ering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and Winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
5.3 Abuse. funbing reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated Winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Users.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
6.1 Game Rules. Each Game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based Games on the Platform use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are published within the respective Game information panels.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer Games are streamed from regulated studios. The outcome of live dealer Games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and is not subject to manipulation by funbing.
6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a Game, funbing reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account. funbing's decision in such matters is final.
6.5 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a Game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant Game session. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. funbing will investigate all disputes in good faith and communicate its findings within a reasonable timeframe.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Limited Licence. funbing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
10.1 Platform Availability. funbing does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Games.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, funbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Liability. funbing's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude funbing's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by funbing is governed by the funbing Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Protection. funbing processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and other applicable data protection laws. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. funbing may be required to disclose User information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable law.
12.1 Right to Amend. funbing reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-Platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
12.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and funbing, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.
13.3 PAGCOR Complaints. If you believe funbing has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official channels.
