funbing will respond to verified data rights requests within 15 business days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 15 business days, with notice provided to you. funbing reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any data rights request.
Some rights may be limited where funbing is required to retain or process your data to comply with legal obligations, such as AMLA record-keeping or PAGCOR reporting requirements. funbing will inform you of any such limitations when responding to your request.

11.2 Data Breach Notification. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, funbing will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected individuals without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.
11.3 Your Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. funbing will never ask you for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact funbing support immediately.
The funbing Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. funbing does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. If funbing becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated Account.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the Platform or provided personal data to funbing, please contact our support team immediately at the details provided in Section 14.
funbing may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-Platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
